Voicemail, then a call-back that comes too late

It answers every call while your hands are busy. It books appointments, answers questions from your website and puts urgent callers through to you while you're open. It never gives clinical advice.
You can't stop a treatment to answer the phone, so new patients ring someone else.
Voicemails pile up between sessions, and call-backs eat into your lunch break.
Cancellations left on voicemail are heard too late to fill the gap.
Straight into your diary at times you're free, while you carry on treating.
Patients can change or cancel bookings it made, from the same phone number, so you hear about gaps sooner. Other changes come to you as a message.
Prices, session length, parking and opening hours, using what your website says.
During opening hours, an urgent caller goes to you or a colleague. Out of hours, it takes an urgent message.
Questions for the practitioner are left as messages, and patients get a text with their booking.
Each call is in your dashboard with a short summary and the full transcript.

Books into Cliniko, Semble or Pabau, Cal.com, Calendly (paid Calendly plan), Acuity or SimplyBook.me (new: make a test booking before you go live), or into its built-in diary. The built-in diary takes one booking at a time, so if several practitioners see patients at once, connect your booking system.
It never gives clinical advice and never says what a symptom might mean. It books, takes a message or, while you're open, puts the caller through. It points people to 999 or NHS 111 when something sounds serious, and puts animal emergencies through while you're open or marks them urgent. Calls, transcripts and phone numbers are your patients' data: health information is handled under UK GDPR, with us as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement. No. It never gives clinical advice or says what a symptom might mean. It books, takes a message or, while you're open, puts the caller through. For anything that sounds serious it points people to 999 or NHS 111. For an animal emergency it puts the call through while you're open, if you've set that up, or takes an urgent message.
Yes. It books into Cliniko, Semble and Pabau, and into Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity and SimplyBook.me, and can move or cancel the bookings it made. Calendly needs a paid Calendly plan. These connections are new, so make a test booking before you go live. It does not connect to vet practice systems yet; vets can use the built-in diary or have it take booking requests as messages.
During opening hours it puts urgent callers through to the number you choose, so you or a colleague can pick up. Everything else waits as a message in your dashboard, with a summary and transcript.
