Pricing questions
How do I count my minutes?
Count the calls you get in a normal week and how long each lasts, then multiply by about 4.3 for a month. Each call counts in whole minutes, rounded up. If you only forward the calls you can't answer, you'll use fewer.
What if I use more minutes than my plan?
Extra minutes are added to your next bill at your plan's price a minute, up to the plan's monthly limit. Your dashboard shows the minutes you've used, so you can move plans.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. A bigger plan starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
Is there a contract or a set-up fee?
No. There's no set-up fee and no contract: cancel any time and your plan ends at the end of the period you paid for.
What does a trades credit buy?
A Job line call you accept (press 1 and talk to the customer) costs 1 credit. A website lead costs 2 credits when the job's budget is under £1,000 or not set, and 3 credits when it is £1,000 or more. Credits come with your trades plan each month and roll over; more come in bundles: 20 for £40, 50 for £75 (launch price until 31 dec, then £90) or 100 for £160.
Do you charge VAT?
No VAT is charged.
