Is it free to post a job?
Yes. Posting a job is free, and you don't have to hire anyone. Trades pay us a monthly plan to see jobs and contact homeowners.
How many trades get my details?
3 at most. Trades who cover your area and do that work see the job first, without your name, phone, email or address. Only the first 3 who choose to take it get your details, for this job only.
Do you check the trades?
Not yet. We show only trades who signed up, with reviews only from jobs we matched. Before you hire, look them up yourself: the Gas Safe Register for gas work, a competent person scheme for electrical work, and TrustMark or a trade body for other trades.
Where do you have trades?
Anywhere in the UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Trades choose the postcode districts they cover. We are new, so some areas have few trades yet: post your job and trades who join there can see it.
How long do you keep my job?
12 months after you post it, then we delete it and your details. You can close or delete it sooner with the link in our email.
