A busy garage, a lost MOT

Linesteward answers every call to your garage, day and night. It answers from your website, books MOTs and services into your diary, texts the customer a confirmation, and texts you when a breakdown can't wait.
The phone rings while you're under a car, and you can't pick up with oily hands.
A caller who can't get through rings the next garage, and the MOT goes with them.
Evenings go on ringing people back and writing bookings into the diary.
Callers choose a free time for an MOT or service. It books it into your diary and texts them a confirmation.
If a customer needs another day, it finds a new time, books it and cancels the old one. This works for bookings it made, from the same phone number; other changes come to you as a message.
MOT price, opening hours, do you do tyres or vans: it answers from your website, and says so when it doesn't know.
Name, number, car and what's wrong. Anything that can't wait until the next working day is marked urgent and texted to you.
While you're open, a caller who needs a person is put through to the number you set. When you're closed, it takes an urgent message and texts you.
Each call has a summary and transcript in your dashboard. Bookings and messages can go to other apps through Zapier, Make or n8n.

Books cars into its built-in diary, or into Cal.com, Calendly (paid Calendly plan), Acuity or SimplyBook.me if you already use one (new: make a test booking before you go live). The built-in diary takes one booking at a time, so if you work on several cars at once, connect a booking system.
It answers only from your website and settings. If a caller asks what a repair will cost or what a noise might be, it says it isn't sure and takes the details for you to call back.
Only prices on your website, like your MOT or service price. For a repair it takes the car, the fault and the number, and texts it to you to price. It never guesses a price.
Not directly. It books into its own diary, or into Cal.com, Calendly (paid Calendly plan), Acuity or SimplyBook.me; these connections are new, so make a test booking before you go live. Each booking can also be sent by webhook to Zapier, Make or n8n, if your software can take it from there.
It takes their name, number, where they are and what's wrong, marks it urgent and texts it to you straight away, day or night. While you're open, it can also put them through to the number you set. It doesn't arrange recovery.
No. It answers incoming calls and texts a confirmation when it books a car in. It doesn't make reminder or sales calls.
